Dispatch and Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are processed for shipment only upon receipt of complete payment. Once payment is made, changes to the order are not possible.
  • Orders within India are dispatched within 5-7 business days after payment receipt.
  • Delivery within India is typically completed within 7-10 days after despatch.
  • International Orders are despatched within 10-12 business days after payment receipt and delivery within 7-10 days after despatch.

Customised/Prebooking Orders

  • Products categorised as customised/Prebooking orders, requiring stitching (Including blouse stitching) will need additional time for processing. The shipping will be based on the time required for customisation.
  • Customisation will commence only upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping Charges

  • Within India, shipping charges are free.
  • Delivery partner – Indiapost & DTDC.
  • International shipping charges via DHL/FEDEX/ARAMEX will be calculated at the time of checkout depending on the number of products & Country. Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance and regulations based on the destination country. Customers are responsible additional customs, import duties, octroi, local charges, or other levies, if any, in their country/location. All prices quoted are in INR.

Tracking and Communication

  • We will email the tracking number for your order within 2 days of despatch.
  • Please note that on weekends, government holidays, local holidays, or during seasonal calamities, there may be delays in delivery.
